With the successful completion of the PEA on the Canariaco Norte copper-gold-silver project, management is now working on strategies for the resumption of exploration work on its gold and silver properties. Candente holds a portfolio of promising gold and silver projects including the historic El Oro mine in Mexico and the Tres Marias, Lunahuana, Oro Queropalca, Fredito and Alto Dorado exploration projects in Peru.

The El Oro mine produced approximately 20 million gold equivalent ounces over 50 plus years of operation. The mineralized structures have been drill intersected below the historical workings and evidence shows excellent potential for additional ore shoots below past production levels. In addition, excellent potential also exists for discovery of parallel vein systems in a previously undrilled area. The Peruvian projects are earlier stage properties on which exploration by Candente has identified the potential for multi-million ounce deposits and several are drill ready.

Candente's Management Team and Board of Directors are comprised of senior mining industry executives who have a track record in the discovery and development of copper, gold and silver deposits.
